Praer / Vow

Grandfather, thou who dwellest within me
hollowed be thy name,
thy kingdom end
thy will undone on me
as unto my spirit.

Take away the hand that smiteth
So I may not smite my child.

I forgive you, as you have not forgiven.

And I shall step out from thy shadow of grief, depart from thy brooding. For mine 
is my Body, and my pain and my life for ever. Amen
